Mart Lett finds magic in the ability of an illustration to communicate complex, nuanced emotions in ways words often can't.
Formally trained in animation and computer graphics at a university in Tyumen, Mart explored a broad range of artistic disciplines, from painting to 3D modeling. This exposure cemented a love for illustration above all else, drawing inspiration from anime, manga, and classic art forms like risography and silk screen printing. Mart’s style is characterized by detailed, textured lines, subtly muted palettes, and occasional vibrant accents, reminiscent of vintage posters weathered by time.
Today, Mart is dedicated to storytelling through illustration, with a particular focus on covers and posters—projects that allow for deep creative investment.
Driven by a love for connecting with others, Mart aims to create works that not only captivate but also resonate on a personal level. Looking ahead, Mart dreams of publishing a book filled with their illustrations and finding a space where personal projects can flourish alongside a professional career, dedicated to the artistry and humanity within every illustration.
